This section contains all information related to any employability courses that may be running at the centre, who is eligible and contact details if you wish to sign up.
The programmes aim to offer anybody who is over 16 and umemployed the chance to learn new skills that would aid them in gaining employment.
The aim of Future Moves is to provide people with the opportunity to learn new skills that would increase their employability chances. In order to qualify for the classes you simply have to be over 16 and unemployed.
The classes run over a 4 week period, 10 hours a week and are executed through a series of employability workshops covering everything from CV building to CSCS qualification, along with daily teambuilding exercises to improve the way you work and communicate with others.
The next block of Future Moves workshops begin April 12th for the 4 week duration. The date for the next series of workshops is 10th May with the registration day being Thursday 29th April from 2.30pm- 5pm.

Routes to Work South is one of the Community Resource Centres most frequent clients. They hold employability events, Future Job Fund interviews, Land Engineering induction events and much more at the centre and rarely a week goes by when they don't have an event/meeting of some kind planned in the Centre. RTWS are committed to providing unemployed people with the best chance to put themselves out there and seel their skills to employers through CV building, Confidence, Interview Techniques and Teamworking ability. Jobcentre Plus host events at the centre on occasion and work in conjunction with the Community Resource Centre and Routes to Work South in order to ensure all Future Jobs Fund applicants get a fair chance to impress at their interviews which are held in the main hall of the centre.
